Presence Design was established in 2020 when we obtained Kenyon Architectural Group, a 38-year-old firm.The firm and team members have worked in 15 states and 10 countries. Their 38 years of project experience represent a diverse mix of building types for both private and public clients. Presence Design has experience in commercial, multifamily residential, worship, civic, and sustainable building/energy modeling. We strive to produce work that exceeds expectations while enhancing and enriching the lives of the people who work and experience them.

At Presence Design, architecture is a craft of the creation of quality details and spaces for imaginative, evolving solutions that have a positive impact on the users, the community and the environment. Our firm’s focus is to add value to the client’s projects through analysis, planning and design.

Presence Design has conceptual depth and experience, particularly on high tech, energy-efficient design, land development, facility planning, with a specialization in understanding that designs reflect contemporary teaching methodologies. Our staff has a history of dealing successfully with complex projects involving multiple user groups, diverse input, and our collaborative approach assists in consensus building for an institution. 

With evaluating projects on several different levels, taking into account all of the information we have gathered and the communications with key figures in the process, our team is dedicated to reaching the client’s goals..
