As buildings age and uses change and surroundings develop, there is a need to re activate existing centers to address a new and more sophisticated clientele. This project is a long term commercial anchor to its surrounding neighbors.

The goal was to create a more inviting entry experience for existing and new tenants and activate unused spaces.  By highlighting corner stones of the site, it helps suggest visual entry points from the street scape.
