Rezoning

Presence Design has successfully handled multiple rezoning cases. 

Rezoning is valuable because we can change the density or function of a piece of land to best suit client needs and ensure a profitable project. This is especially notable for cases of urban infill.

Our projects of Maryland and VanBuren are both active rezoning cases.

Energy Analytics

To ensure that our buildings are energy efficient, we perform analytical 

studies to ensure that the final design is optimized for creating a comfortable environment with as little reliance on mechanical systems as possible.

Worship and Burial

Presence has worked on several churches, mosques and mausoleums. Handling spiritual work has proven to be beautiful and rewarding for everyone involved. We have an ordained minister on staff as an advisor through our spiritual work. 

Civic and Educational

We have done numerous libraries, fire houses, public park restrooms, 

and community colleges.
