Perched on an elevated bluff highly visible from route 89 within the City's designated Gateway Area, this 24-acre site with 32,000 SF of facilities offers spectacular views of the cliffs below and expensive vistas. These are the first buildings in the implementation of the Coconino Community Collage master plan for its new Page campus.

Serving both the college and local residents, the Page Public Library is positioned at the campus entrance. The modular design includes a learning resource center, expandable lecture halls, classrooms, computer labs, and science labs.
